Booth Rentals

As the 2017 Fair approaches, we are anticipating our commercial space to be at capacity. Booths are reserved on a first come, first served basis. The fastest way to guarantee a spot is to complete the form below and submit your payment online.

Your commercial booth stall will be available on July 28th. The fair kicks off that day with a 7:00 pm concert. The first full day of the fair will be July 29th. Hours for the
buildings are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. We expect ALL VENDORS to be present for the duration of the fair. The Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur.

There are both indoor and outdoor booth rentals available.
  • Indoor Booth - $60.00 Fee for approximately a 8’ x 8’ stall with one 110 Volt, 20 amp outlet per booth
  • Outdoor Booth for Food Vendors - $250.00 for 20 feet of space with one 110 volt, 20 amp outlet per booth
  • Outdoor Booth for Non-Food Vendors - $125.00 for 20 feet of space with one 110 volt, 20 amp outlet per booth
NOTE: Please state other power requirements. A request for more voltage must be approved by the Fairboard prior to the start of the fair.
